  1. General: Stock availability is subject to change. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, occasional discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we will fulfill available products and communicate with you regarding any backordered items, offering the option to wait for restocking or receive a refund.

  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined during checkout based on factors such as weight, dimensions, and destination. Payment for shipping is collected with your purchase, and this amount constitutes the final shipping cost.

  3. Returns: 3.1 Change of Mind: We accept returns due to a change of mind if a return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and arranging their own shipping. Refunds will be issued as store credit upon acceptance of returns. 3.2 Warranty Returns: Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the items. Customers are responsible for pre-paying return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon successful warranty claim. Options upon confirmation of warranty claim include a refund to the payment method, store credit, or replacement item (subject to availability).

Delivery Terms: 4.1 Domestic Transit Time: Domestic shipments generally take 2 – 7 days. 4.2 International Transit Time: International orders typically take 4 – 22 days, depending on the selected courier. 4.3 Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Dispatch occurs Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays. 4.4 Change of Delivery Address: Address changes are permitted before dispatch. 4.5 P.O. Box Shipping: Shipments to P.O. boxes are sent via postal services only. 4.6 Military Address Shipping: Military addresses are serviced using USPS. 4.7 Out of Stock Items: Orders containing out-of-stock items will be held until all items are available for dispatch. 4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded: Contact us if delivery exceeds the estimated time for investigation.

  5. Tracking Notifications: Customers receive a tracking link upon dispatch to monitor shipment progress.

  6. Parcels Damaged In Transit: Orders are shipped under a shipment contract, transferring the risk of loss and title upon delivery to the carrier. Customers are responsible for filing claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

Duties & Taxes: 7.1 Sales Tax: Sales tax is included in the displayed price of goods. 7.2 Import Duties & Taxes: International shipments may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival, which vary by country. Customers are advised to be aware of these potential costs. Refusal to pay duties and taxes results in return of goods at the customer’s expense, with a refund issued for the goods’ value minus return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
